The Story

The Challenge

Bamboo Beach Club had a very ordinary social presence — random event videos with no real identity, in a market (Krabi) known for some of the best nightlife in Thailand. With that much competition, blending in wasn't an option.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the entire identity from the ground up: AI-edited reels showcasing the full experience — sunset views, morning breakfasts, the party itself — carousels built around party quotes, and daily event stories to keep the feed alive. The most important move was turning organic mentions into reviews: every time someone tagged Bamboo in their story, we sent a heartfelt thank-you message with a gentle ask to leave a Google review if they enjoyed the experience. We also automated replies to reservation enquiries, removing friction from the booking process.

The Result

In just 4 months, we turned Bamboo's feed into a growth engine — 3,000+ new followers and reels consistently pulling exceptional share rates. But the real win was reputation: our review-capture system turned everyday guest mentions into a 4.8-star rating across 3,500+ Google reviews — a number that rivals some of the most renowned beach clubs in the world. Bamboo is now the undisputed #1 beach club in Krabi, built on a system, not luck.

In Detail

What We Ran

Social media and content — reels, quote carousels and daily event stories built around one identity.

Reputation management — a repeatable system for turning tags into Google reviews.

Automation — instant replies to reservation enquiries, so no message sat unanswered.

Why Reviews Beat Reach in a Destination Market

A visitor to Krabi has no local knowledge to fall back on. The rating is the recommendation.

Reviews compound in a way posts do not: a reel stops working within days, while 3,500 reviews keep earning bookings every time someone searches.

They also feed local search directly. Volume, rating and recency are among the strongest signals for appearing in the map pack.

If You Run a Venue in Thailand

The local-search mechanics are covered in ranking on Google Maps in Thailand.

For venues drawing overseas guests, see targeting international buyers, and performance marketing for the paid side.

The lesson is that asking for the review is a system, not a favour. Venues that ask consistently pull away from venues that ask occasionally.
